What will you do when you feel better?
Experience EMDR THERAPY
About

Laura loves being a therapist because she loves people, and because the human experience is awe-inspiring to her. This work has taught her that everyone, no matter who you are or what you have endured, can heal. The work is deeply personal, as her own healing with EMDR has been nothing short of life-changing. She is inspired to offer this therapy to others to experience the deep nervous system shift that happens when the past is truly put in the past.

With a passion for making quality mental health care accessible to all people, Laura spent over a decade working with people who are low-income and face housing instability. She has experience working with infants all the way to the elderly and grounds her work in the early attachment relationship between infant and caregiver.

Outside of her professional work she loves to be outside, move her body, play with her kitties, and enjoy good food with loved ones. She is the proud mama of one beautiful child.

Laura is a graduate of the LIOS program of Saybrook University.
